This program is designed to link students (with financial need) who will benefit from lessons on any instrument or voice with a teacher willing to teach for reduced or free tuition. This is not an MMTA program; it is a national program and the upper Midwest is chaired by Sue Wege of MN, (swege71@comcast.net). Please encourage music teachers in schools and churches to identify children that would benefit from the program.
